SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
The Waiver and Release of Liability document will be available on site and required for each person that will be using the rental. If the you are under the age of 18 a parent or guardian must sign your form and assume responsibility for you as a minor as well as accompany the minor during the duration of the rental.
The Waiver and Release of Liability is also available here to print and have prepared for the time of your rental.
